  4. Macular hole in left Eye. Be dissolved?

Macular hole in left Eye
Is it a serious disease and important to go for surgery or she can avoid operation as she has no problem in her eye at present Is it 100% successful or she may loose her vision as being told by the civil hospital? If Surgery is necessary ,how long can she defer it? Can she avoid operation as long as she has no problem or eye will be dissolved?

It is serious problem, you should consult retina specialist in some higher institution like Shankar Netralaya Chennai or AIIMS New Delhi ..
