Macular amyloidosis.....
It is some kind of hyper pigmentation problem.I have it on my neck bone,shoulder bone and on my back.I have tried many medicines and consulted my doctor but still I did not get cured...so please give me some effective solution for this....

Avoid friction like using scrub while bath. Avoid exposure to sunlight or use sunscreens during daytime. You need depigmenting creams for 2-3 months.
