Macrodontia tooth problem
I diagnose with true generalise macrodontia in which tooth becomes very large than normal and my tooth also very large and my all lower left and right lower molar which includes first second and third molar compressing my inferior alveolar nerve canal revealed in cbct properly and my dentist had said for the all six tooth extraction of mandible arch for my treatment and get a flexible dentures on both sides and implant later as to relief my strange symptoms of pain and sensation tingling type

I agree with ur doctor but u can take 2nd opinion from another oral surgeon.
