I am taking Macberry syrup ( 3 spoons daily) and antibiotic ( one tablet daily) for throat congestion and problem since 2 days
But At night I start feeling faint n dizzy type. I tried that Macberry o causes these symptoms but why do they occur at late night only since I started n not on day? Shall I stop
