Hello sir I have done a test of HB1ac (HPLC ) mtheod and it is 5 before one yr it was 4.8 and and 5.4 but I have also done random blood sugar with taking only black coffee with out sugar and 111 in morning and and next day without any thing is 98 and next to next day I mean after 3 days is 107

You are not prediabetic. Your Hba1c is normal. Home based glucometers do not give accurate readings.
