My question is does this means it's confirmed TB or possibility if having TB? Thank you

FNAC usually does not confirm tuberculosis but it can guide you so that further tests are done to confirm. There are other methods such as PCR where in confirmation can be done. Sometimes biopsy of lymph node also may be required
