Honorable sir/madam 20 days ago I saw an ENT doctor due to neck swelling. He gave me medicine for five days. Today I got this report after neck ultrasound. i smoke and I am 34 years old. I have no symptoms like night sweats, sore throat, weight loss, weakness. Is this a sign of something very bad? What should be my next step?

You need to get an FNAC of one of the lymph node to know its nature.
But don't worry, most probably it's infectious reactive Lymphadenopathy
