Baby is 9 month old .. weight 7.750 kg...he is active and playful... recently he had stomach infection...that time he was doing green potty...he was under antibiotics name diof... todayi feel two movable lymph node back of his head near ear...when I touch that he is not crying...is this normal...?? Is this due to stomach infection???is this goes away gradually???

Lymph nodes are quite common in children. As these are not painful, there is no infection in them. They are not due to stomach infection. Please visit a pediatrician for check up for size and other features. Usually nothing to worry about. They should slowly go away.
