Recently have been feeling a bit heavy and got my 2d echo done. it says LV diastolic dysfunctional type 1 what should be done in such cases. it is cause to worry a lot. i am just 34

Diastolic dysfunction has many causes.. You should check and control ur BP if elevated.. And get a TMT done.
