Asked for Female, 34 Years

Last year ( 27/8/2018 )i lost my baby at 24 weeks stillbirth ...now iam pregnant 6 weeks.. i do immunilogy test (Anti phospholipid IgG and IgM are negative ) ( AntiCardiolipin and Anti Beta 2 Glycoproetin - IgG - IgM and IgA are Negative ) but my Lupus AntiCoagulant postive 35.8 ) -- what shoul i do iam stress i lost my baby again .. i use dose of Aspirin 75 mg .. iam beta minor Thalassimia my pcv 38%
