Lumps on scortum and penis skin.
Hi. I got lumps on scortum and penis skin. It is very itchy but no pain.It is hard lump. It all started a week before when i had a travel to my home town. 3 days before i visited dermatologist and he said it could be fungal infection and gave fluconazole 150mg which i took one tablet on monday night. And he gave t bact cream to be applied on scortum anf penis area. And on other highs he asked me to use luliconazole. I used the same for 3 days but no use. I am having high itching in night and sleepless. Please suggest what could be the issue and medication. I am attaching photos.
