Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, I've quite a big lump on my right arm for around an year. It's not causing any problem but if I touch and roll it pains a little. Recently I've got another lump on my right thigh, it's also having the same features. And got another small one near left ear. What to do about these? What are these things?
