Lumps at back of threat behind Uvula
I've had a headache and really sore throat for the past day- also feeling a bit nauseous.. went to look at my throat and my tonsils seem fine but I have three lumps all next to each other in the shape of a triangle behind my uvula... any idea what this could be? I'm thinking I have the start of a cold but i don't see how it's related to the lumps

You might be suffering from granular pharyngitis which usually occurs secondary to post nasal discharge and reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take treatment depending on the cause for your condition
