Hello Haemorid is the varicose veins of rectum. It is the engorged veins because of pooling of blood, in that part of the vein, as the valves in the veins get damaged. As we advise patients with various veins, not to stand for long hours. But to move about, as the pumping action of the foot helps in circulation at the lower limbs Avoid sitting in the same place for long. Surgery can't permanently remove haemorids. Eat good, nutritious & easily digestible food with fibres. Drink more water Keep your bowel movements regular. You can consult me for further information & treatment
