Lump under right ear
I had a small lump under right ear 3 days ago and some minor pain when touched. Now it has grown little and have minor pain. What dlshould I do?

It is a unilateral parotid region swelling. It could be either a salivary infection or an obstruction in the salivary ductal system or a pre-auricular lymphadenitis. It could however be something more sinister like a tumour too. You need to get the region examined radiologically to confirm the diagnosis.
