Lump to the bottom left of vagina

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Found a large solid lump beneath the surface of the skin below the left labia, right at the base. It is hard, about 1 inch in diameter, has no head and is very sore (inhibits walking and sitting), I can also move the skin around on top freely. I am sexually active but I haven't had sex in over three weeks, and for the first time I used a menstrual cup for three days - the last day was the day before I found this lump (Friday). I've been taking Voveran and Augmentin for the last three days.
