Lump(s) on testicles

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I've been noticing a lump(s) on my testicle for a year or 2(maybe). It never seemed so serious to me but now sometimes I feel little pain around that area. Not too severe but very little pain, that too for like once in a week maybe and for a short period of time i.e., few seconds.
