  4. Lump on testicles. Is this a cancer?

Lump on testicles
I have a Lump (somewhat hard) on left testicle since 1 yr approx. Not paining.only pain when some pressure applied on it.  Firstly its some pimple type, i piped out many time that pimple. Firstly its small now its of diameter 7mm approx.  Seems not growing now. Bt reading some article i want to confirm. Is this a cancer? Please help!
