  3. Lump on testicle. Then you used to?

Hello, I have a lump on my left testicle, a small one near the top, and through out time ive noticed it has kind of change shape from circle to more in the shape of a rugby ball, not to sure what this is, also both testicle are alot more sensitive then you used to?
