I have a small lump on testes. Can that be a sign of testicular cancer? Please advise am worried? Please help. I am the only son of my family with a very low income

A swelling on the testis may be external or internal. If it is external it could be a sebecious cyst or a boil and this is not too serious. An internal swelling is to investigated urgently.
