Lump on scrotum.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I recently developed a lump on my scrotum, unfortunately i messed with it to get the liquid out. I also had fever yesterday 100 degree Fahrenheit. Had crocin, noe fever is gone, but i feel weak, should i be worried?
