Hello well... I would definitely suggest you to meet a General Surgeon so that we can examining the lump you are talking about... Looking at your age it seems like it's a fibroadenoma... Sometimes we just leave it depending on the size.. otherwise we need to evaluate it with the help of fnac and go ahead with the excision..
