Lump on leg
I found a lump on my lower leg, more towards the front of the leg and it's completely under the skin, it's not very big but bigger than a pea size. The area of skin above the lump is red. There's no itchiness but it is sore and sensitive to touch.

Could be an abscess or an infection sebaceous cyst or an infected lipoma . Need to examine and assess to comment accurately.
