  4. Lump on labia majora. What should i do?

Lump on labia majora
I am 19 ,having a lump outside my labia mahora.i appeared overnight,and becoming really painful,it became the size of pea,though there is no opening and change of colour of skin .this is the first time I am having it .What should I do?
