Lump on bikini line won't go away

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have had this pea size lump on my bikini that has been there for about 2-3 months. Puss comes out of it and I've had it before but never this long and the last one went away within a week It's hard and will sometimes go down heaps but then expand in size again
