My son is 3 month old now. After 3 months he got lump on BCG vaccination site, before it's not like that. Please check the picture and confirm do I need to worry?

Dear parents,
Nothing to worry,
It's fate of every BCG vaccine, this Papule would convert into pustules, than rupture leaving behind a ulcer, which will heal in next few weeks leaving a scar.
