  3. Lump of mass near rectum. Is the remedy?

Lump of mass near rectum
I have been suffering from a swelling of mass two inches apart from my ano. Every some watery substance gather there . It gives pain . Then the watery substance release and pain gone. What may be my problem? What have I been suffering from? What is the remedy? Not suffering from constipation .
