  3. Adnexal mass. Help what is the problem?

I m 5 weeks pregnant today.. Last day I got severe sharp pain in lower back which then continue to sides of back and front side.. it's lasts for 2-3 hours then I got 80-90 percent relief.. then I got 2-3 drops of blood.. after that continue light brown discharge n little pain in lower back.. today I got chk to Dr and in ultrasound nothing in uterus and cystic mass in left adnexal.. dr said it's too early to diagnosis anything wait for 1 more week..my HCG level is 454.. please help what is the problem???

In untrasound ,if nothing in uterus then it could be ectopic pregnancy, that is pregnancy somewhere in the tract from fallopian tube except uterus, According to your age , most probably it could be a benign mass and most of the adenexal mass are accidental finding unless it is symptomatic .
