Lump near eye on newborn baby (1 month)
My daughter born on dec 1st week. After birth we have seen small up portion near left eye. Doc told it will be disappeared automatically. Don't need to be worried. And we have observed that that lump or up portion has been reduced everyday & became almost down.. But last 2 days we observed that portion suddenly up again.. We are really scared about.. Please suggest something...

Hello This could be amniocele. sac massage along with antibiotic eyedrop like tobramycin is advised. if it persists then probing is advised. This is provisional diagnosis. Consult local ophthalmologist for proper evaluation and treatment

Seems congenital encysted dacryocystitis . Do criggler massage ,Place the tip of your index finger against the side of your child's nose, in the corner of the eye with the blocked tear duct. Visit nearby occuloplasty surgeon .
