Yesterday I discovered a lump inside of my vagina after I had some bleeding I thought was my period (it's been due since last week). After taking the tampon out it had some blood but not the normal amount I usually have at the start of my period. So I decided to stick my finger there and see if there was blood, and felt the lump kinda maybe 2 or 3 inches up. It's in the back and feels kinda like it had popped at one point maybe because the top has a weird feel to it. And I've been sick with a cold for weeks and haven't gotten my period yet which is due so I'm kinda panicking. I don't have medical insurance so I can't see a doctor for this unless I know it's serious

Hi, lump with bleeding needs attention with local examination. Most common three causes are, 1,infection with pus collection which is pain ful associated with fever. 2, simple cyst , painless , but obstructing vagina, may get punctured or infected. 3, Haematoma due to injuries near big blood vessels. So please consult your gynecologist at earliest without thinking about money factor.
