Lump inside vagina

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hi, so there is a ping pong sized lump inside of my vagina. It is about 2 inches deep and towards my rectum. I thought maybe it was stool, but I recently passed and it is still there, just a little smaller. I tried to call my doctor but her office is closed today. What else could it be ? Last December I had an ovarian cyst burst but when they did the vaginal ubtrasound and pelvic exam they didnt find anything. It also just popped up no longer than 2 weeks ago.
