After reading your message, i am thinking that you are feeling lump like sensation in throat and chest is due to hyperacidity. Start Tab. Pantaprazol+Domperidom, twice in a day, before food, for 10 days. If you have pain, also take Tab. Dolo 650, three times a day, after food.
Next Steps
if there is no improvement in two days, start Tab. CEFUROXIME 500, twice a day for 5 days.
Health Tips
Do salt water gargling, three times a day, Take turmeric milk at night.
