  3. Lump in the feet. What to do?

Lump in the feet.
This lump in the sole of my feet hurts alot. It is painful when pressed. Area has become dry and hard. Ve to walk carefully because of this. Cannot run anymore. Cant do leg related exercises because of the fear of gettin pressed on that area. What to do?

Hello.. Well the way you describe it and the picture suggests towards wart...I would tel you to meet a dera. Hello as we need to excise it..Or we can inject to form a bleb and then wait for it to fall off ..Thank you
