Lump in scrotum

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have noticed one lump kind of thing inside my scrotum, towards right side. I felt a very minor negligible pain around 4-5 days back in my testis. After which I noticed this lump kind of thing. I don't know what this is and is it harmful ? Currently I don't feel any pain but I want to know what this is ?
