Lump in neck
I have had a lump in my next for 3/ 4 weeks, it is halfway down my neck on the right hand side. It it felt easier when my head is lifted. There is one the other side but not so big.

You seem to be having cervical lymph node enlargement which usually occurs secondary to infections of throat. Usually it will resolve on its own within few weeks after treatment of primary underlying throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics. If swelling persists then ultrasound of the neck and fine needle aspiration cytology of the swelling may be required to confirm the diagnosis
