Lump in cheek since 2 weeks without head

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have a small lump in my right cheek. It popped once and some blood and puss came out. But since then it has been the same lump. It is neither growing nor reducing. Has been for 2 weeks now. What is weird is that the beard hair on the lump come out very easily when pulled. Kindly help. No head is visible incase it is an acne.
