I am having a lump in Right breast for about 8 years. Due to this ,my right breast is heavier and bigger than the left. Is there any way to remove this ?

Yes, it has to be removed surgically, and the type of breast surgery depends on the swelling, if it's benign just a simple lumpectomy would suffice, if it's malignant it will require a bit more complex surgery.
