Hello sir / madam
This is Praveen age 32 ,my self I observed a lump behind my testicles , previous day i.e small i thought it might b heat boil..after that today it was enlarge ,pain is only when I touch it ,plz required a sugestion To cure it asp..any medicine or any ointment plz give guidence

Is it in the scrotal skin or inside? If it's inside, you need an ultrasound scan of scrotum. If it's in the skin, it could be because of skin infection.
