Lump behind my nipple
I am 16 years old male.i had fatty liver 4 years back,i have been working out well and have achieved a body that i s slender.but there is chest fat still and my problem is that i have found lumps below my nipple on both chest.they have the size of maximum a peanut(the nut inside the cover) when i touch it.i have had all secondary sexual characters and facial hair is still growing. am i undergoing gynecomastia???should i be concerned???
