Lump at the bottom of right testicle
I recently discovered a large lump at the bottom of the right testicle.
Its hard and painful if pressed and feels as if it is the part of the testicle.
I have also noticed urgency to pee and mild burning sensation previously before i discovered the lump.
I am a regular cyclist can this be the reason for the same.

Hi, u should get ur USG scrotum n plevis done, with urine routine, with reports consult online or meet Urologist to start treatment.
