Lump and discharge...swelling in armpit
One lump is detect in left breast ..discharge from aerolar region on pushing the lesion and swelling in armpit also. I attach my USG report...pls suggest will I go for...FNAC or Core needle biopsy or no further test required...pls

As per USG it looks like fibroadenoma. Not require biopsy or FNAC. But in fibroadenoma nipple discharge will not be there. Without palpation, it is very difficult to comment about the need of FNAC or BIOPSY. But in 26 yrs fibroadenoma is more common
