Lumbar spinal stenosis
Having pain in both legs. Consulted an orthopedist and i could understand that its "Lumbar Spinal stenosis (L-4, L-5)". At the age of 80 years is surgery recommended? Please provide your inputs. Thank you

Hello lots of things to look for age factor stress Diabetes and hypertension should be ruled out consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment In my opinion I don advice you for surgery you can take a second opinion.
