Pls explain my mri report shows: L4/5 reveals diffuse posterior bulge indenting thecal sac abutting bilateral budding nerve root.mild ligamentem falvum thickening and facet degenerative change is seen as this time

This report is normal unless u have symptoms. This all depends upon why doctor referred you for mri. Exercise daily & take herbal supplements. At this young age of 27 These symptoms may be due to some kind of stress like professional performance, relations or how to face comparison etc. All this can be easily treatable with mind management which is simple easy less time taking which is not available anywhere.
