LPR/Silent Reflux

I am facing Silent Reflux from 4 months. No other problems are seeing but my sore throat is regular.
Eomeparazle, Pantaparazole or antacids no medications are working.
I am in life style modification also. But My voice is going because of vocal cord cracked.
I want get surgery but somebody says, surgery is not effected for lpr. Please your suggestions i want.
