Lower one sided abdominal pain.

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have had lower abdominal pain on my right side the pain goes straight through my back. Even my right leg feels like it's being poked with sharp needles. It feels as if it's period pain but I am not on my period. It also causes fluid out my vagina that flows out like pee and it kind of smells.
