Lower left abdominal pain

I used to take antidepressants for panic disorder and I have stopped taking antidepressants.After 6 month I am having pain in lower left abdomen with hard stool at the beginning then soft ribbon stool.Is it serious

Nothing serious looks like...just Take some Stool Softner for few days like Softavac powder 2-3 tsf in a glass of water before bedtime..and observe..mostly u will be relieved..but if pain persists then see a Surgeon and Do and Ultrasound whole abdomen
