Spins bifida occulta if present is usually diagnosed in young age.. and there are chances of having lower limb weakness.. As you have mentioned there is loss of lumbar lordosis it can be because of low back pain leading to the same ..
Next Steps
Pls consult an orthopaedic/ neurologist and than pls go to a Physio .

Spinal bifida doesn't effect daily activities because it doesn't involve the nerves erupting from your spine. If there is any weakness on your lower limb felt then strength training for lower limb is adviced.initial exercises should be done under physio supervisions only. Regarding loss of lordosis on spine I suggest you to do back strengtning exercises along with strengtning your core muscles too.Few of the back exercises are ,superman exercise, bird and dog exercise, cat and camel exercise, bridging.Again I suggest a physio supervisions for the exercises. Once you strengtnen your back and core muscles your condition will not give you much problem Avoid forward bending position.
Next Steps
please show a physio therapist to learn the exercises  correctly. You can contact us Curis 360 or any other clinic who can guide you correctly
