  4. Lower back pain. It dosent do anything.

Lower back pain
Im in color guard & i've had to do this roll over & over & i think its the cause of my back hurting . The pain is on the left side around the hip line but before the butt. It only really hurts if i lay down on the floor and/or kind of rub it in a certain motion . Its been like this for 3 months now . I've tried icing it but it dosent do anything .

Hi, I am still not clear on where exactly is the pain. Is it at the hip joint or behind the hip joint?
