Lower back pain
I am suffering from pain in my lower back. It got worse after lying down on bed. If i usually do work or move my body, pain reduces and when i start to get some rest, it starts again. Sometimes, i have pain in buttlocks too with lower back

Your pain may be due weakness of the nerves  if u got tingling numbness sensation also. You start T. Powergesic two times a day for atleast 3 days. T. Wysolone 10mg two times for 3 days. Syp. Dexorange 15ml after lunch and dinner for 15days. T. Neurobion fort daily one after breakfast for 15 days.

Drink One glass of water on each one hour interval daily but avoid more water during lunch and dinner. Do physical gentle exercise regularly if possible. You start eating dryfruits like almonds, cashew, resins.
