I am having lower back pain for almost two years. I have pain on right side. A little bit of stress causes pain. Initially the pain started in back on right side, but eventually it got down to lower back.

As per your complaint your might be muscular or due to poor posture or muscular weakness or In balance. Have you go through any radiological investigation. You can use hot fomentation and correct you posture along with that lower spine rotation to both sides and core stabilization exercise. It's better if you visit your near by qualified physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment. Wish you for good health soon.
